Thats it. Bloody Vodafone have put me in a bad mood. Dan has just taken out a contract with them which I am paying for. First letter comes through to him (which I opened because he is away) with direct debit details; theyve got MY bank account name wrong so I phone them to amend it but they cant discuss Dans phone account with me; I didnt want to discuss or know anything about his sodding phone account but no they wont do it. Dan can let them know its ok to talk to me about his account (aargh) and I can have a password....I know what password I would choose and I would have great delight in saying it to them!!!
