Thats right yummo A little sesame oil, fry garlic, ginger, onion and chilli in a wok. I only had a green one but usually use red... Add whatever veggies you have if feel like I also add nuts...almonds, cashews whatever u like or have Add some fish oil, soy sauce, honey just enough to help create moisture Let them cook as much as you like...mine are still crunchy when I remove them Cook fish in same wok...avoids extra cleaning up yeah.... You could use chicken or beef but cook that in the wok at the beginning just after the onions etc have cooked then add the veges My time about 35 minutes I sometimes have it with rice, eggs or rice noodles...but tonight just on its own with some coriander A great way to use up your veggies... Re heats well No preservatives... Easy as..... U like?
