The #1 characteristic of all diets that work? -An increased protein consumption in the form of whole foods. Sometimes we get asked for a simplification system. From a prospective client who, for the most part, doesnt want to count macros (or actually be a paying client). It works like this: -Eat lunch and dinner. No calories outside of lunch and dinner. -Eat whole protein and food sources. Meat, eggs, low-fat dairy, etc. -Lift hard 3 times per week. -On training days, for your meals, eat lean meat, veggies, and carbs. -On non-training days, for your meals, eat fattier meat and veggies, skip the carbs. -Stay hydrated But thats it. In a nutshell. Without even counting, if you followed those simple rules, it would be hard to see a scenario where the weight didnt fly off of you. -Jason
