The 10 minute Speech which caused many who sat on the esteemed panel together with Sherna Alexander, to change their speech and quote her in their presentations, such persons were the Chief Justice, Father Harvey, Professor Hutchinson and other Clinicians. The speech which moved many to ask questions during the question and answer period. Sadly we have many young people with mental health issues displaying explosive and implosive behaviours because of abuse, deprivation and poverty. Shall we remain silent?.
