The 10th amendment spells it out clearly; The powers not delegated to the United States (the Federal Government) by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the People. President Obamanation is usurping powers not granted to him, or his office, nor the Government, by the Constitution, through his use of Executive Powers, (decrees) as if he were a Despot, or Totalitarian Dictator, ruling over surfs or subjects , not a Citizenry of free People granted inalienable Rights in a Constitutional Republic as We the People who are born here in the United States of America are, and who retain the power over our elected officials Reserved to the States respectively, or the People are the key words in the 10th Amendment. We the People and the States have the right to nullify unjust laws implemented by a tyrannical ego maniac who thinks he is our King who can dictate, and force his rule as if it were a legitimate law, passed by a elected Congress and Senate and only then presented to the President for his signature or veto
