The 1899 Cass County Courthouse is a community icon and landmark, but its slowly falling apart after the county courts moved out more than 10 years ago. Commissioners have approved $300,000 to have mold removed and to have the heating and cooling system fixed, but it will take a lot more to renovate the building. Do you think its worth the money to preserve the building without a clear plan for its future? One commissioner says no.
