The 1998 Ice Storm was a traumatic experience for many people in Montreal, Quebec. Since I was only an eight year old boy then, I dont remember much. My mother and I were living with my grandparents in their home and we had no power. The Holiday Inn was full to capacity, so we had to tough it out with a shit-ton of blankets. And now the Ice Storm is back to haunt us across Canada! According to Hydro-Quebec todays Ice Storm leaves more than 150,000 without power across Quebec, more than 60,000 in Montreal - but thats not enough to stop David Adelman.
