The 2016 Diversity Visa Program (DV-2016) is now open! **Please be aware of scams** -- Applicants must submit entries electronically at dvlottery.state.gov/. There are no fees involved for submitting an application. The Diversity Visa Program provides a maximum of 55,000 Diversity Visas each fiscal year to persons from countries with low rates of immigration to the United States--which includes Malaysia.
