REVELATION 6;9 And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held: -When it talked about the altar, the altar here is the altar of SACRIFICE that was out in the court, thats what it is talking about and when they brought a sacrifice in offered it and it was slain they took the blood and they poured it at the base of the altar here, very important they poured the blood at the base of the altar, so it says these had been slain for the WORD OF GOD . REVELATION 6;10 And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth? -John did not see these souls with his physical eye, but saw them in the Spirit. These souls were waiting for the Judge of all the earth to interrupt the evil of the devil and his persecution of the saints who remained there. Their cry was the same, in a sense, as the Christians who say, come quickly Lord Jesus.This is not a reprimand of the Lord, but just a pleading for it to all be over. These souls are not looking for vengeance, but are just crying out for the Lord to end all of it and set up His kingdom. Who better can sympathize with our generation of martyrs than the martyrs of the past? Some of the martyrs of today are not physically killed, but are persecuted by their peers. REVELATION 6:11 And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellow servants also and their brethren, that should be killed as they [were], should be fulfilled. -These are the ones who were martyred during the tribulation and have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. White robes are the uniform issued to all believers in the Lord Jesus. =When the fullness of time comes, the time that God has chosen, Jesus will appear in the clouds and blow the silver trumpet of redemption. He will gather all believers with Him in heaven. He will not come one hour early or late. He will be on time. It will be at the specific time He chose from the foundation of the earth. -These martyrs are our fellow servants. They arrived in heaven the same way we will, through their faith unto the death. The white in these white robes shows that these have been victorious over the problems in this earth. -it says, God says listen, youve gotta rest a little while longer,white robes were given to them , said , rest.Well remember this is the same application you find in the book of Genesis,while it says and He said, Genesis 4;10 And the LORD said, “What have you done? The voice of your brother’s blood is crying to me from the ground -it is not saying it was souls literally under the altar yet saying, while Abel s blood was a witness, crying out against them,they said that blood these were the people that were killed during the time of the reformation,where they were slain by the inquisition , massacre saint Bartholome were 60,000 were killed in 1 day, this is what it is talking about their cry,There is a reason why it said to them, you got to rest a while longer. REVELATION 6;11 Then each of them was given a white robe, and they were told to wait a little longer, until the full number of their fellow servants, their brothers and sisters, were killed just as they had been. JOHN 5;28-29 Do not marvel at this, for an hour is coming when all who are in the tombs will hear his voice 29 and come out, those who have done good to the resurrection of life, and those who have done evil to the resurrection of judgment. -The time of resurrection had not come, there was not time for the dead to be resurrected ans so He said, you have to rest a little while longer, this has to take place. REVELATION 6;10 They called out in a loud voice, How long, Sovereign Lord, holy and true, until you judge the inhabitants of the earth and avenge our blood? -So they were given white robes and rest until Jesus comes back,How long is it gonna be until theyre judged ? DANIEL answered that question. Daniel 8;13 Then I heard a holy one speaking, and another holy one said to him, How long will it take for the vision to be fulfilled--the vision concerning the daily sacrifice, the rebellion that causes desolation, the surrender of the sanctuary and the trampling underfoot of the LORDs people? - how long its gonna be? The angel answered here. Daniel 8;14 He said to me, It will take 2,300 evenings and mornings; then the sanctuary will be reconsecrated. REVELATION 22-12 Look, I am coming soon! My reward is with me, and I will give to each person according to what they have done. -In other word God seen that the judgement had to take place first, it had to happen before you could have resurrection. -This represents the time 515-1844 .This is the time of reformation.This is the time which the Gospel was preached in the world and thousands upon people reached out and accepted the Gospel and gave their hearts to the Lord and followed Him, Marvelous time of history because the earth or the world was coming out of the dark ages, and first time many of them had gotten view or glimpse at the Gospel and what it really meant,this is what is saying here, that is why the 5TH SEAL you see here changed,we have those 4 HORSEMAN that said what was going to happen on the earth, but all of a sudden when we get to the 5TH SEAL now he gonna tell us, what is going to be the result and the judgement of the wicked.That is what he is dealing with here,He is telling the wicked will give you time to repent but now if you dont this is what is gonna happen. I hope you beginning to see a time where we are .What happening. -1560 man like John Calvin, Martin Luther,Zwingli , all these great reformer stood up and preached and out of that like Calvin , 500,000 Frenchmen gave their hearts to the Lord, 500,000 through his preaching and many of these people paid with their lives, that is why it says here, JOHN CALVIN 1950 SAW UNDER THE ALTAR THE SOULS OF THOSE WHO HAD BEEN SLAIN FOR THE WORD OF GOD AND FOR THE TESTIMONY WHICH THEY HELD REV.6;9. -you see again the Gospel spread and the devil turned his wrath upon those people that accepted the Gospel and follow JESUS CHRIST. REVELATION 6;11 Then each of them was given a white robe, and they were told to wait a little longer, until the full number of their fellow servants, their brothers and sisters, were killed just as they had been. -Again white represents purity and righteousness, how wonderful the Lord Jesus Christ says, here to each of them was given a white robe, Christ says that you , each of us, He will give us white robe , so it doesnt make any difference how bad we may been, how dark our sins may have been, when the Lord Jesus Christ gives you the white robe of His righteousness then friend were clean, we will be pure in the eyes of God no matter what you are. REVELATION 19;8 She has been given the finest of pure white linen to wear. For the fine linen represents the good deeds of Gods holy people. -That fine linen given to that person and says this is the righteousness of Christ that he is given to you and me these are the ones who came out of. REVELATION 7;14 I answered, Sir, you know. And he said, These are they who have come out of the great tribulation; they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. REVELATION 7;9 After this I looked, and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb. They were wearing white robes and were holding palm branches in their hands. -That is all Gods people, cloth in white robes because it represent purity and righteousness of Jesus Christ, After the tribulation of those days , this is the TIME OF PERSECUTION and during the time of the Reformation and it fell off in the late 1700 immediately after tribulation. MATHEW 24;29 Immediately after the distress of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from the sky, and the heavenly bodies will be shaken. MATHEW 24;30 And then at last, the sign that the Son of Man is coming will appear in the heavens, and there will be deep mourning among all the peoples of the earth. And they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory . -In other words we are down here now , friend the 6TH SEAL AND WITH THAT IS THE COMING OF JESUS CHRIST.
