The 700 officers and employees of Citibank listen attentively about the topics they know very little of, but interested to learn nonetheless. Universal banks are not deeply involved in small enterprises, all the more if they are rural and agricultural. But Citibank has been a strong partner of GK and very supportive of the initiatives that GK ventures into. Social Business in a farm or agricultural setting with the youth as entrepreneurs and the poor as partners is one such initiative.
