The AAM AADMI party Manipur was established on 24th March 2013 at Imphal in the presence of Shri Habung Payeng, National Executive Member and National Observer and North-East incharge of AAM Admi Party New Delhi. The AAM ADMI PARTY , Manipur is an association/organisation of common people (micham miyamgi party) in the form of a political party collecting fund subscribing/donating/contributing by the members , to promote democracy (swaraj) at the grassroot level and to root out the culture of corruption by the elected representatives working hands in glove with bureaucrats in looting public money. Ratnaker becomes Valmiki, but we are to be very careful a person acting as a Valmiki taking a role of Ratnaker. OUR PRINCIPLE :- Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, which moth and rust doth corrupt and where thieves break through. We promise, if voted to power , The AAP Manipur will take up the followings :- 1. Some Ministers says, it ius not possible to give jobs to all youths of Manipur , for with God nothing shall be impossible (St. Luke 1:37) AAp Manipur will provide jobs to all youth of Manipur. 2.To reopen Tongjei Maril Road through tunnel to save from disturbances and meaningless Highway Bandhs. 3.AAP will not declare disturbed area and AFSPA 1958 will be lifted from Manipur to save Irom Chanu Sharmila and common innocent people of Manipur against the violation of Human Rights. 4. Article 3 of Indian Constitution will not be applicable in respect of Manipur , to save the territory of Manipur as if it were a Chief Commissioners province under the name of Manipur in first schedule of Indian Constitution entry no. 19. 5. A Holy book of SANAMAHI or MEETEI Religion will be recognised in Law Courts of Manipur for taking oath. 6.Government of India and Government of Manipur are to be responsible for fencing between the boundary of Manipur and Myanmar against the provision of boundary of Manipur. 7. Atleast 50% of electricity bill prepared by government without calculating meter reading will be exempted and regular electricity will be made available to all districts of Manipur. 8. Industry/factory of fruit processing of pineapple, orange, lemon producing from all districts of Manipur will be revived. 9. Drinking water will be made available in all districts of Manipur. 10. The innerline permit system should be re-introduce in Manipur by revoking the order of Mr. Himat Singh on 18th November 1950 after enactment of Indian Constitution on 26th january 1950, issuing identity cards to all Indian citizens for free movement. 11. Agricultural land should be protected with irrigation projects. 12. To compensate the Loktak Project affected farmers of Manipur adequately. 13. Tea plantation will be revived.14. All street vendors around Khwairamband Markets will be regularised. 15. All sick Industrial units and Manipur State Transport Corporation will be revived. 16. Manipur State Legislative Council will be established and Manipur Script should be included in the coins and currency Bank notes. 17. Electronic and print media are to be protected under Constitution of India. 18. All Districts Headquaters of Manipur will be connected by a ring road. 19.Outdoor patients will be given free Medical Treatment and medicines. 20. Government teachers quarters will be provided to all Hill district schools, for giving proper education to the students of Government schools. 21. History and Geography of Manipur is to be included in the syllabus of CBSE to know Manipuris. 22. To revise salaries of Manipur police, VDF and others under Home Department .
