The African Dream Pre - implementation Clinic kicked off this morning in Harare. The clinic is being conducted by Mr Mark Tennant, an FIVB Instructor who is also from The FIVB Development Commission. The CAVB Development Officer, Mr Enzanai Madzivire is part of the workshop. Seven federations from Region 5 are represented by their presidents, administration personnel and coaches. The seven countries are: Botswana. Malawi, Namibia, Mozambique, Swaziland, Zambia and Zimbabwe. This project, set to roll soon, is a result of Dr Ary Gracas vision to create a global volleyball development program. CAVB President Dr Elwan adopted the program and it is rolling out in Africa first.
