The Agenda for the meeting may be as follows. S.No. Time Description of the item of the Agenda 1. 10 A.M Prayer followed by Registration of details in the excel sheet by all the investors or by their authorized representatives who carry due authority letters. (Any one of the investor members should take up this responsibility & he/she may inform his/her willingness in advance) 2. 11 A.M. Explaining our issues and proposed plan of action which has been already circulated to all and taken as read & understood. 3. 11-15 A.M. Election of Office bearers with due proposals & seconded by members for the positions of President, Vice President, General Secretary, Deputy General Secretary & Treasurer . Besides, one coordinator for each state to come up voluntarily for each state for easy exchange of info, follow up & updates. 4. 12 Noon Determination of immediate responsibilities & jobs of the Office bearers (a) Selection of address for correspondence from among the two (Mr.Subramani & Mr.Sohan jalan) who have volunteered to permit their premises to be used for this purpose (b) Registration of the Association whether now itself or at a later date. If immediately, then the Office bearers should start working on this (c) Approval of the draft letter to be given to Press highlighting our issues for publication in News Papers across India & if possible video displays in the Electronic media also. (One of our members Mr.Simha Sastry volunteered to take up this responsibility and he deserves all praise for his thoughtful initiative.) (d) Interaction with our Lawyer members & arranging to file a writ petition in the B’lore High Court to obtain necessary injunction orders restraining Synergy One, Woodsville, PACL & citrus from carrying out any activities of sale, resale, transfer, Registration of any land in our project site except carrying out immediately required development jobs & obtaining requisite approval from govt authorities concerned and handing over of the plots to lawful owners/agreement holders. One of our member’s Lawyer Ms.Latha Shetty from B’lore agreed to be present for the meeting and other lawyer members also can join to decide on this. Our emphasis must be on getting the properties only & nothing less should be acceptable. This valuable suggestion is from one of our members Mr. Pramod Hebballi whom I congratulate on behalf of every member investor for his timely advice. (e) Determination of per head contributions to meet the immediate & long term expenditures in case a need arises to go to courts especially at Delhi. 5. 13-00 Suggestions/Feedback from members on the proposals put up as above. Here Members may throw some light on the erstwhile Orange Properties about which news has been spreading that it has wound up & that company only appeared in fresh avatar as Synergy one. If that is true requisite details must be collected and incorporated in the writ petition for obtaining stay more easily & to make our claims more stronger & 100% genuine. 6 13-30 Lunch Break 7. 14-30 Reassemble to finalize the minutes of the meeting to facilitate office bearers to use the same for the purpose of registration of the Association and fixing of date, time & venue for the next meeting 8. 15-00 Discuss about the modalities of going to Synergy one Office and handing over of our representation and proceed accordingly besides posing of representations to all the other responsible persons @ Synergy one, Woodsville, PACL & Citrus by RPAD & Courier. P.S: I believe there is one gentlemen @ Synergy Office in B’lore by name Mr.Nagarajan who is u/s to be a lawyer by profession & who is currently dealing with all customers. I met him on 26th Aug’13 to know the updated status. He blames Citrus for having not returned the documents for over the last month when once they have cancelled the agreement with Woodsville and this is preventing them to proceed further. When I questioned him as to when this issue will be sorted out since you people are simply blaming one another and passing the buck, he firmly replied that it would take another 2 months to get a clear picture so as to determine whether Synergy one will continue & complete all the pending jobs or the same will go back to Citrus for their execution. He also informed me that their boss Mr.Prateek Kumar is abroad & would be returning to India during Sep’13 after which all issues will be sorted out one by one. However let us proceed on our plan of action & if things move positively from their side then it is a happy occasion for every one of us. 9. 15-30 Vote of thanks & national Anthem
