Open Position: Program Coordinator – Permanent Part-time Job opening available: Immediately Send resume to: [email protected] Application Deadline: August 30, 2013 Salary: $14 hour / capped at $10k year Skills: Major computer skills required Job Description: "The primary function of the Program Coordinator is to support the work of the Advisory Board as they raise funds to give to projects that benefit the LGBT community. Additionally, the Program Coordinator acts as the liaison between the board and the Community Foundation for Southern Arizona (CFSA). The CFSA serves as the parent organization to the Alliance Fund, as they process the checks and keep track of all the financial information for grants and operating costs, keeping our financial records in their system. While the CFSA keeps copies of important financial documents, the Program Coordinator keeps files of all documents that pertain to the grants, donor contact information, event planning, as well as meeting agendas and minutes. Other duties include correspondence with donors, mailings, maintaining the Alliance Fund website, working in cooperation with the chair of the grant panel to manage the grant round, and acting as the general contact person for the Alliance Fund."
