A few things for you to remember on the day It is advised to wear Sunglasses or protective eye gear to prevent any unwanted paint related injuries Please watch your children with the lake, in some parts there are wooden spears on the edge of the lake which would really hurt if you were to fall in! Please note the location of the Fire Assembly Point Car Parking for Runners and Guests will be located in Car Parks A,B & C Please try not to scare the fishermen! The Bouncy Castle will unfortunately be out of bounds to those covered in paint Take care when running on the road for traffic going through to the IBM site Please do not use Lakesides bins, there will be Bin Liners dotted around the site for everyone to use Unfortunately there is a strict no BBQ policy If you are staying for a picnic please remember to take your litter home Portable Toilets will be onsite Please be aware of the low hanging branches whilst you are running Water will be provided at the end of the race, please remember to bring a water bottle if you like Dont forget the sun cream either, the weather is looking to be holding out (Fingers crossed) As mentioned before its looking to be a fantastic day for everyone and were really really excited!
