The Alumni Board is reviewing the news that CSOL hired Maryann Jones as President. Because the decision to hire a president was unanimous, we look forward to the opportunity to meet with the President, and to discuss her new role and viewpoints. The Alumni Board will continue to advocate to her and others that the only viable solution for the school that protects its academic integrity, the students, faculty, and the school’s relationship with the Charleston legal community is Ed Westbrook’s non-profit option. Our primary concern continues to be for faculty, current students, and the reputation of the school. We hope she will join us in our vision and share our concerns. We will report back on what we learn.
