The Anderson Nursing and Rehabilitation is currently seeking Full time and part time Dietary Aides Requirements: Sense of humor. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Good mental and physical health, including adequate vision and hearing. The ability to withstand strenuous physical activity, work well under pressure, complete assigned tasks in a timely manner, and maintain open lines of communication with residents, coworkers and staff from all other departments Dietary Aide Duties include: Responsibilities and Duties: -Prep items for next days menu and pull items from freezer to defrost. -Assist in setting up trays and serving food at mealtime. -Wash dishes, utensils, trays, glasses, pots and pans, and other items. -Prepare snacks and stock pantries. -Follow established cleaning schedule. -Put food and stock away. Keep the storage areas neat and tidy. -Prepare food items for cooking. -Dish up servings according to menu combinations. Morning positions available, rotating weekends, 401k plan, paid time off, health ins.
