The Anglican Church of Shediac filed their Notice of Action re their court case with Oceanic over the word adjacent on Jan.19/15. I assume that Oceanic wont be backing down at this point. The Church has decided to proceed despite strong opposition from Pointe du Chêne residents (and others) and knowledge that this development was going to hurt our community. Please write to the Church to express your disappointment (and disgust) with their decision. The email addresses were posted earlier. I dont thing that I can express in a public forum just how upset I am with their decision. Thank you everyone for all your assistance and support! We are digging in for the long haul!
