The Avalanche cutting off Valdez is a perfect opportunity for a new Steven Seagal movie... On Slushy Ground Seagal plays a retired Alaska DOT worker called in to clear the massive slide by mother nature. But finds out it is actually an act by Russian Terror Ninjas trying to steal oil. Seagal teams with the Valdez Mayor played by Chris Tucker to fend off the Terror Ninjas and rescue the towns only single woman played by Rosanne Barr.
