The B/G John T. Hughes Camp 614 Sons of Confederate Veterans out of Independence Missouri will be in the Jesse James Parade and have a recruitment tent set up on the Jesse James Festival Grounds in Kearney Missouri. There will be flags, hats, stickers, and other miscellaneous Confederate related merchandise sold. If you want to join the Sons of Confederate Veterans show up and talk to us about it. There is a Friends of the Sons of Confederate Veterans membership program if you do not know who your Confederate ancestor is who fought for the Confederate States Military during the 2nd War for Independence.
