The BJP government is making a mess of power generation. The NTPC plants are running low on coal stocks, while the hydel system has been stressed due to the failing monsoons. The NTPC is owned and controlled by the government. Coal India is owned and controlled by the government. The Indian Railways is owned and controlled by the government. So why does NTPC not have enough stocks of coal? Either not enough coal is being produced or the railways are not transporting enough if it on time? So who is to blame? This government has had almost two months in office. It better shape up or get ready to ship out. Its fast running out of time for excuses.
