The BMWOduahGate is another prime example of why Nigeria is an infant country. Developed countries thrive by adherence to legal codes and decent public opinion founded on civilised/refined ethics. GEJ being the only authority looked up to in a bid to resolve an issue that the current set of Civil Service rules could take care of, speak volumes. The import of that is, the President of Nigeria has so much time on his hand to micro-manage. That my friend, is why Nigeria has become a pariah nation.
