The Baby Swallow Dilemma (short vid) ... our colleague Lauren and her family in Eglinton find themselves in a bit of a pickle. In a week when listeners have helped us out with a porpoise, wasps, and a bat that had crash landed in Rosemount, what should we do with this little birdie? Lauren reckons that with all the heat, that the nest had become so dried out that this baby bird had fallen through it.. so the family took the bird in, put the old nest inside this basket (vid). Today they have left it outside again, open, so the bird can fly if it wants ... the wee bird is till there in the basket ... any advice?
