The Baker-Grant County Farm Service Agency (FSA) is gathering information on farmland and rangeland damage that occurred due to the fires this summer. FSA is seeking preliminary reports of damages that will hinder farmland and rangeland due to the partial or complete destruction of fences. Baker-Grant County FSA needs this information to assist in determining if the agency’s Emergency Conservation Program (ECP) is applicable to assist producers for these damages. Implementation of ECP and assistance is not a guarantee. This preliminary data will assist in assessing the type and extent of damage that occurred on farmland.
