The Bible Has been Replaced Ecc 12:8 Vanity of vanities, says - TopicsExpress

The Bible Has been Replaced Ecc 12:8 Vanity of vanities, says the preacher; all is vanity. Ecc 12:9 And moreover, because the preacher was wise, he still taught the people knowledge; yes, he gave good heed, and sought out, and set in order many proverbs. Ecc 12:10 The preacher sought to find out acceptable words: and that which was written was upright, even words of truth. Ecc 12:11 The words of the wise are as goads, and as nails fastened by the masters of assemblies, which are given from One Shepherd. Ecc 12:12 And further, by these, my son, be admonished: of making many books there is no end; and much study is a weariness of the flesh. Ecc 12:13 Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man. Ecc 12:14 For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil. Re: John 1:1-2, 14 God and His Word have not changed in any way since the “beginning”. Old Testament to the New Testament God has not changed. Sacrificing animals and a Priest as an intercessor are the only things no longer needed. Jesus, the Lamb of God, has given us direct access to God and a more personal relationship. Heb 13:8 Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and today, and forever. 1) The WORD of God is the ONLY truth from preachers and teachers we need, and it is freely given. 2) Books and the study of them will only wear you out and cost you money. God freely gave His Son, JESUS, which is the Living Word. The Word, JESUS, is the Way, the Truth, and the Life and it was freely given by God. The cost was the shed blood of His precious Son. We are instructed to go into the entire world and preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ, at the expense of our lives that we gave back to God. I am glad He did not charge me for what He did, because it would be a cost I could never afford. Q. Are the books sold by men and women Spiritually Inspired? Q. Are their books the Living Word, are they alive? Q. Is Gods Word (Jesus) complete, or is it insufficient and lacking? Q. Is it true the Holy Spirit will teach us all things in the Word? I have never read or found in Gods Word where the writings of men and women today are Spiritually Inspired by God, or where God’s Word is incomplete and needs something added. I do however read where we are to teach and preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ which was freely given. Why do men and women want to do the work of the Holy Spirit? Lead me to water and I will drink. Give me bread and I will eat. If I expect the teachers and preachers to drink my water and eat my bread then I will surely die. If they want to garnish my bread and flavor my water thats fine, but make sure I am eating and drinking for myself. So, what do you think is meant by DISCIPLING? Are the mainstream churches teaching the people to study and hear from God for themselves? If we say we are a follower of Jesus Christ and dont study for ourselves and hear from the Holy Spirit we are not followers of Jesus Christ the Word of God, but rather a man or woman who we often take their words for truth to save our souls. Unless these men and women can open the gates of heaven, which they cant, our studies should be in the Word which gives the WAY, TRUTH, and LIFE. 1Jn 2:24 Let that therefore abide in you, which ye have heard from the beginning. If that which ye have heard from the beginning shall remain in you, ye also shall continue in the Son, and in the Father. 1Jn 2:25 And this is the promise that he hath promised us, even eternal life. 1Jn 2:26 These things have I written unto you concerning them that seduce you. 1Jn 2:27 But the anointing which ye have received of him abides in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teaches you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him. 1Jn 2:28 And now, little children, abide in him (the WORD); that, when he shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before him at his coming. 1Jn 2:29 If ye know that he is righteous, ye know that every one that doeth righteousness is born of him. It is true we need teachers and preachers, but their responsibility is to lead us to the real teacher and one who has Living Words that lead to Eternal Life. You will never hear from God from the efforts and study of another. Americans, and most people, want things quick and simple so they turn to the hard work of others to make their lives easier. Can you enjoy the cooking of another person who has already digested the food, and would you be filled by that person telling you how good it tasted? Or would you be filled by the work of cooking, and then eating it for yourselves. We are not all born being great chefs, but neither was the great chefs. A follower of Jesus is a follower of the Word, because Jesus is the Word made flesh. A follower of a Pastor or any religion does not make you a follower of Jesus, and definitely can’t save you. If you say you know Jesus, but don’t know His Word you’re deceiving yourself. The word KNOW in God’s word when referring to Him means to have an intimate knowledge of. Look at these two scripture verses (1John 2:28 and II Tim. 2:15) 2Ti 2:15 Study to show yourself approved unto God, a workman that needs not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. Now compare 1John 2:28 and II Tim. 2:15 1Jn 2:28 And now, little children, abide in him (the WORD); that, when he shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before him at his coming. If we stay in the Word we will have confidence and NOT BE ASHAMED! Ashamed of what? Maybe when we stand before God on Judgment Day and He asks why He should let us in, and you say, “I went to church every Sunday and I said the Sinner’s Prayer”, He may reply, “depart from me you worker of iniquity, for I never KNEW you”. That may be because you never KNEW Him, and that you did not have an intimate relationship with Him. Psa 119:11 Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee. A good question to always ask yourself is: Is what I think to be true, truth? If you cant find it in the Word of Life then it isnt true. Is God’s Truth/the Word/Jesus in your heart, or did you just make up the things you want to believe? You might be saying to yourself, “God knows my heart, and He knows despite what I did on earth I still love Him”. Than you might like to know God’s Word teaches that the heart produces either good or evil, and that it’s your actions that speak for who you are and not the things you think. Luk 6:45 A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart brings forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks. A “Good Heart” produces fruit! Luk 8:5 A sower went out to sow his seed: and as he sowed, some fell by the way side; and it was trodden down, and the fowls of the air devoured it. Luk 8:6 And some fell upon a rock; and as soon as it was sprung up, it withered away, because it lacked moisture. Luk 8:7 And some fell among thorns; and the thorns sprang up with it, and choked it. Luk 8:8 And other fell on good ground, and sprang up, and bare fruit a hundredfold. And when he had said these things, he cried, He that hath ears to hear let him hear. Luk 8:9 And his disciples asked him, saying, What might this parable be? Luk 8:10 And he said, Unto you it is given to know the mysteries of the kingdom of God: but to others in parables; that seeing they might not see, and hearing they might not understand. Luk 8:11 Now the parable is this: The seed is the word of God. Luk 8:12 Those by the way side are they that hear; then cometh the devil, and takes away the word out of their hearts, lest they should believe and be saved. Luk 8:13 They on the rock are they, which, when they hear, receive the word with joy; and these have no root, which for a while believe, and in time of temptation fall away. Luk 8:14 And that which fell among thorns are they, which, when they have heard, go forth, and are choked with cares and riches and pleasures of this life, and bring no fruit to perfection. Luk 8:15 But that on the good ground are they, which in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience. Luk 8:16 No man, when he has lit a candle, covers it with a vessel, or puts it under a bed; but sets it on a candlestick, that they which enter in may see the light. Luk 8:17 For nothing is secret, that shall not be made manifest; neither anything hid, that shall not be known and come abroad. Luk 8:18 Take heed therefore how ye hear: for whosoever hath, to him shall be given; and whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken even that which he seems to have. Back to Ecclesiastes 12 Does Gods Word lie? Does studying books by people make us weary? Consider this, if we study books by people we MUST now study Gods Word to verify EVERYTHING in them and determine if they are true and line up with the Word of God. That seems like a lot of extra time and a great weariness to the flesh. Gods sheep are dying from trying to digest with their mind the works and understanding of another. I can hear how great the food of a cook is by his or her verbal description of it, and I can almost taste it, but I cant really enjoy, and Ill never get full, but rather starve to death. Is the Word of God complete? Is Jesus really the Word which became flesh? Was He born with a birth defect and missing part of His body? Do we need these books to fill in the gaps of an incomplete Jesus? Is saying the Bible is too hard for me to understand a cop-out, when we have His PROMISE that the Holy Spirit will teach us all things? 2Sa 22:31 As for God, his way is perfect; the word of the LORD is tried: he is a buckler to all them that trust in him. Psa 18:30 As for God, his way is perfect: the word of the LORD is tried: he is a buckler to all those that trust in him. Are the books we read TRIED, are they a buckler to all them that trust in him? Our God is a sovereign God, and when He does something it shows that fact. What I mean is what God does in the life of others He will do for us, BUT IN A DIFFERENT WAY, showing His Sovereignty. If there were formulas from God, man would look at the formula rather than who it really is that performs His purpose. If we cant be patient and trust Him, and in so deny His truths, we say He isnt real or that He is a respecter of men when He isnt. Books with formulas or plans are not from God, but rather they tell the way God worked for one or others at another time. Gods plan for us is specific and contoured to the individual and is fulfilled with his or her desire to seek out Gods will for their lives. 2Ti 1:9 Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began, 2Pe 1:10 Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall: HIS PROMISE to us: 1) The Holy Spirit will teach us ALL things. 2) If you study His Word you won’t be ASHAMED. 3) If you humble yourselves and PRAY He will heal your land, which is to have all His peace, comfort, and protection… STAY IN HIM, JESUS, THE WORD OF GOD! You in HIM (Studying His Word), HIM in you (The Word alive in you) Mat 4:4 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God. God’s Word is NOT subject to interpretation, and can only be received by Holy Spirit Revelation!!! Acts 17:11 – Why were the Berean’s higher minded than the Thessalonican’s? They “studied” the Word every day. Higher minded means obedience to God!
