The Black Beauty...A Real Rarity Its not often you find an antique camera in pristine condition, but here is a one of a kind specimen. Chuck Pharis, who I consider the godfather of Eyes Of A Generation, found this some years back at a garage sale, but has recently unpacked and photographed it. This camera has a beautiful, custom powder coat paint job and was owned by a Kaiser Broadcasting station in the San Francisco Bay area. Its sisters probably got the same makeover. Has anyone ever seen or worked with any of the other Black Beauties? Any info on this. or the Kaiser station that was once there would be appreciated. Enjoy and share!
