The Board of Directors is pleased to inform you of the progress on the enhancements to the Clubhouse area and the dates for the work to begin which will impact the use of Clubhouse facilities. The following efforts will be underway: · Four new heaters for the pool and spa - have been installed. · Blinds for the Teen Room will be installed tomorrow. Resurfacing of the tennis and basketball courts and drainage improvements. There will be some trenching work take place around the tennis courts the first week in August and fence repair work to begin the week of August 8th (weather permitting) The week of August 19 (weather-permitting) the tennis courts and basketball court will be resurfaced. The courts will be closed during this time. Replacement of carpet in the Clubhouse with tile - will be scheduled shortly. Replacement of the Tot Lot playground and sand - will be scheduled to take place after the tennis courts work has been completed. Thank you for your patience while these projects are underway.
