The Board of Directors of Challenged Child and Friends, Inc. have accepted the resignation of J. David Earnest, Executive Director/CEO, effective May 18, 2014. Dave has accepted a similar position with a non-profit agency in Athens. GA. In his resignation letter, he stated “Working at Challenged Child and Friends has been the greatest blessing in my life.” In his five plus years at CCAF, Dave Earnest has provided talented, passionate and resourceful leadership. His commitment to the children, his staff, and the board of directors has been excellent. Dave’s leadership and guidance at CCAF will be missed. We wish him the very best in his new job. James F.
