The Boston Marathon has long been a special day in the area. Annually, the Dover Police Department has assisted the Natick Police Department with security and traffic efforts during the event. This year for the 118th running, officers assigned to the Metropolitan Law Enforcement Council (MetroLEC) will be assisting along the route due to the heightened security measures. We are proud to help maintain such a historic Boston tradition and hope you enjoy the marathon and Patriots Day.
