The Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch Amnesty International - TopicsExpress

The Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch Amnesty International group is offering local artists inspired by human rights an opportunity to enter their work into a public exhibition. The event is also open to the general public and to local art students, but we would very much welcome the participation of confirmed artists. We have teamed up with Arts University Bournemouth and with the help of professional curators, we will select the most interesting works and display them in major venues across the area. These include Christchurch Priory, The Red House Museum, the Central Library and St Peter’s Church in Bournemouth as well as Metropolis Gallery in Westbourne. The deadline for submission is December 10th, 2013 (Human Rights Day) and the exhibition will take place in early Spring 2014. In September 2014, we will have a separate photography exhibition at Poole Lighthouse. For further details, go to: amnestyat50.co.uk/art https://facebook/AIBPC Do feel free to send this email on to fellow artists and to disseminate the information on social media. We very much hope you will be interested. If you are, please respond to [email protected], enclosing the attached registration form.
