The Brisbane Courier (Qld) Saturday 8 October 1910 Page 4 Railways.Under Construction. In a report to the Commissioner for Railways on the line under construction from Kannangur to Blackbutt 27 miles 74 chains in length, it is shown that the work is well on towards completion. The earthworks have been finished to within a few miles of the terminus, and the timber bridges are finished to within 6 miles. The Maronghi Bridge is approaching completion and the Emu Creek Bridge has been finished. The rails have been laid for over 20 miles. The station buildings at Harlin and Nunnda have been completed, and those at Moore and Linville are well advanced. The goods shed blocks are in place at Blackbutt and some of the sawn timber has been delivered.
