The Bucket List (PH) Recently, my friends and I got a long list of things for a bucket list. We were supposed to place an X by all the things we had done and remove the X from the ones we had not, then tag our friends. We found, that according to this list, we were very boring people. We know that is NOT true! So we decided to make a list of things we had done, and compare notes. This is mine. Have you done any of these things? Things you have done in your life time (X) Been swimming in the river / creek (X) Had a root canal (X) Skinned a deer (X) Caught lightning bugs in a mason jar (X) Played track-down until midnight (X) Went ridge riding in the back of a truck (X) Picked black berries (X) Been to church more than 4 days in a row (X) Climbed a tree (X) Been to more than three other states (X) Had a broken bone (X) Hit a deer on a deserted back road (X) Used a butter knife to tighten a screw (X) Read books in the attic during a rain storm (X) Tried to learn a foreign language (X) Talked with an accent to make people think you are a tourist (X) Tried to surf on the hood of a car (X) Taught someone how to read (X) Read the Bible through (X) Written a love note that ended with pick yes or no (X) Learned to play a musical instrument (X) Tried to catch a chicken (X) Petted a pig (X) Washed dishes in the bathtub (X) Brushed your teeth in the shower (X) Cooked on a wood cook stove (X) Cooked over an open camp fire (X) Learned how to sew (X) Tried to write with your other hand (X) Counted stairs as you are climbing (X) Practiced deep breathing exercises (X) Prayed until you thought Heaven was in your house Okay I have done a whole lot more than this, but there are limits lol!!!
