The Bulldogs lost one of their most devoted fans 24 years ago today. If Daddy were here, he would be pulling hard for them. I have fond memories of making signs and putting them up in town as a prank with him. He loved to tease with Mr. Ikie and Mr. Skeet if his team won. They did the same if LSU was the winner. He would be so proud of Mary Kathleen for graduating from MSU(and marrying a MSU graduate, Daniel Sims), and would be equally proud of Barrett Day for choosing Ole Miss. He never played a down of football but enjoyed pulling for these two schools. He favored LSU ( Jill Kennedy, Bevan Myles, Thomas Myles, Betsy Bunch, Graham Arnold, Jacki Andrews, Lonny Myles,) against all other schools... even Tulane (sorry Riley Kennedy)! He would have been proud that you married an Ole Miss Rebel, Robert Miller!
