The Cairo Historical Society will be holding a meeting of the Cairo Depot Committee. The CHS recently purchased the depot property and will begin the information gathering and planning process to rebuild the depot. We are looking for railroad enthusiasts who would like to be involved in this process. If you have CMRR Cairo Line memorabilia come on down and help us recreate this important part of Cairos history. The meeting will take place on March 12, 2014 at 7pm at the Cairo Library. Refreshments will be served courtesy of Rooster Doodles Bakery and Cafe. All are welcome.
