The Cedar Grove Baptist Church Pastoral Search Committee invites letters of interest, resumes and curricula vitae from prospective ministers seeking an opportunity to become the next sitting Pastor for our church. The vacancy for the Senior Pastor position opened in the Fall of 2010 after the presiding minister resigned to assume pastoral responsibilities in another state. The church Board of Trustees along with the church congregation have been prayerful and working diligently in searching for the next sitting Pastor for the church. Cedar Grove Baptist Church is a vibrant church of approximately 50 members with a long and proud history. The church is nestled in an active Los Angeles community neighboring the City of Inglewood. The church takes pride in providing sound Biblical instruction for the congregation and others, supporting the needs of the less fortunate, and establishing strong academic and Christian foundations for our youth. We are a family oriented church whose membership has made solid commitments to a deeper relationship with Christ through regular and consistent prayer, Bible Study and community involvement. We believe God has already selected the next Senior Pastor for our church, and we are prayerfully resting in the faith that we will recognize God’s choice for us at His perfect time.
