The Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions (CITEM) is looking for Twelve (12) NAIA Buyer Services Representatives for the Manila FAME October 2014. Tasks and responsibilities: Proceed to the arrival gates each time a plane lands; Display the MANILA FAME welcome and signage to alert MANILA FAME foreign buyers of their presence in the area; Welcome foreign buyers who approach them and lead them to the MANILA FAME counter of the arrival area for registration; Provide the foreign buyers with the MANILA FAME kit, including Identification Cards; Lead the foreign buyers to the taxi stand. In cases where in-land transfers are included in the hotel reservations, the Usherette/s shall coordinate with the hotel representative concerned for the airport to hotel transfers; and, Perform other functions as may be reasonably requested by the foreign buyers. Render full time services for the project. Details of the Employment: Two (2) representatives will be assigned in the AM shift and two (2) representatives will be assigned in the PM shift for NAIA Terminals 1, 2 and 3. Interview / Selection of Candidates: 01 October 2014, 10AM - 3PM Orientation Date: 11 October 2014 Ocular/Ingress date: 13 October 2014 Work Schedule: 14 - 18 October 2014 AM Shift: 6AM - 3:00PM 14 - 18 October 2014 PM Shift: 3PM - 12 Midnight Failure to report at the scheduled time or leaving before the end of the work schedule shall mean tardy and undertime respectively. Corresponding per minute deductions will be made against daily fee for tardiness and undertime based on official time record.
