The Challenge, a social enterprise that runs the National Citizen Service, which is a youth and community project. We are currently recruiting 2,500 PAID staff to lead and mentor our young people in summer 2014, including dozens of Enterprise Practitioners. The positions are available for people at every level of experience and involve flexible contracts which vary in length from three days to three months. Past participants have overwhelmingly emphasised the extent to which working for us has improved their communication and leadership skills, as well as their abilities for teamwork.
