The City OF Sanford Please look at the video below after reading I have look at many people talk about how we making a big deal about the Trayvon Martin case and don’t do anything about it when we do it to our self. When we do it to our self we go to jail and we expect that when they to it to us that they go to jail, case close. Let it be known that I started the OUF Inc. because of something that happened to us in the City of Sanford with my family involving a Sanford police officer. Two years ago I move the event to Sanford but had it cancel because the NCCAP did not want any positive event in Sanford until the City fire the then chief of police. Now I had this event plan way before the killing but had to cancel the event. I lost all of my deposit that I paid the bands, artist, hotel and etc. The city then fires the police chief exactly one week afterwards. The city of Sanford did not want to work with me to do that event until I made some noise and threaten to call some leaders. Now I do at least 8 events a year for kids and their family but not one in the city of Sanford because the City of Sanford will not work with me as a black man to do those events in Sanford so that’s the reason I do all my events in the city of Orlando. I have live in Sanford for over 30 years and it has been this, way before the police chief escorted Jackie Robinson off of Sanford baseball stadium in 1947because they refused to let a black man play in that stadium. Things have not change much because after all Sanford want to keep those ways historic and keep their old building and old ways intact. They are doing a good job of it. Well when that police officer slam my 10 year old son which about 45 to 60 pounds 3 times on the hood of our car holding him by his neck all because the officer put his hands on his mom’s without her consent and he came out to defend my wife his mom. That is a natural instinct for a kid. The police chief and the city of Sanford did not want to do anything until we had to protest and many area church with the NCCAP,we were able to get justice and the City fired that officer. Now they did not charge him like if it was my son hitting him but at least we were able to get a little justice.
