The Class 12 students of THE school are facing an unique problem nowadays. The school teachers are skimming over chapters all the while saying, This you already know. But while checking exam copies, they are deducting marks in every derivation stating that they are not correct. Are they feeling insecure, or are they just pissed off at me and my students? Both ways, why are they letting the students suffer? If they think that the derivations I teach is wrong (which ironically are either directly from NCERT or CBSE Boards Sample papers), why dont they just do the derivations themselves in the class? Just to be sure, I asked the top students whether the derivations have been done in class. They said that a few are done, but mostly are not. And in the exams, the teachers are asking for those NOT done in class. If they intend to harass me, or are just plain jealous of me, I ask them to please confront me themselves, rather than putting the kids between all these. Ridiculous.... They can never be like me, because unlike them, I really love my kids... Yes, I am a bit professional also, I admit... But that much of professional must be there for proper functioning of my system... I just cannot sacrifice the career of a brilliant student for the love of one who is not at all serious of his...
