The Cleveland Browns 20 QBs since Bernie Kosar and the Cleveland - TopicsExpress

The Cleveland Browns 20 QBs since Bernie Kosar and the Cleveland Browns have returned since leaving for Baltimore with Kelly Holcomb and Derek Anderson and displaying real talent and being memorable. QB Johnny Manziel is not the answer. I would never have drafted him in the first place. Make a play for Chicago Bears QB Jay Cutler in a trade; bring him in as a both viable backup to Cleveland Browns Brian Hoyer; then also sign both QB Tim Tebow and QB Jamarcus Russell to NFL minimum salaries (both are currently out of the NFL) Pose 2 questions to both of them: (1.) Do you have a problem with starting? (2.) Do you have a problem with backing up? If the answer is yes to either question then this is not the team for you. Utilize QB Tim Tebow in Cordell Stewart Slash... style package that the Pittsburgh Steelers use too use effectively (bring Tebow in in special formations and packages in the 3rd and 4th quarters when opposing defenses are tired and he can either torch them on the ground or through the air (He threw for 300 yards and rushed for 100 yards on the ground against Pittsburgh in the playoffs who at the time, had the number 1 ranked defense in the NFL) Jamarcus Russell is viable starter or backup who at 15 years old could sit in a chair and throw the football 65 yards (sitting...) and was ruined in Oakland with the Raiders who had a lousy team. Russell has slimmed down 45 pounds working out with former Cleveland Browns QB Jeff Garcia. The latter two dont cost the Browns draft picks and the the NFL Minimum salaries can include incentives based on playing time and production irrespective of whether either they start or backup or are utilized in Cordell Stewart Slash... style packages. Jay Cutler is a contender is mobile with an arm who has experience who can both backup or start if Hoyer is hurt and with his mobility can also be utilized in Cordell Stewart Slash... style packages with QB Tim Tebow lining up at running back and QB Jay Cutler lining at the QB position with either having the speed and mobility to confuse and torch opposing defenses on the ground and both also have strong arms which can also torch, light up, and confuse opposing defenses through the air.
