The Community Relations Office (CRO) is now accepting T.O.R.C.H Academy program referrals. The T.O.R.C.H. program is designed to deal with at-risk juveniles and to redirect the participant’s (12-17 1/2 yrs. old) negative behavior into positive and socially acceptable behavior. This program helps build self-esteem and aids in breaking the cycle of juvenile misconduct before it becomes criminal behavior. The program is 12 weeks and will begin September 13.
