The Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) commissioner Ms Astrid Ludin should be investigated. We are calling on the relevant authorities and people who love humanity, civil rights lawyers to please come help the contract workers at Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC). The so call organised labour are not there for the workers but for themselves. The organised labour in Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) are given key positions so that the commissioner can do whatever she likes out side of labour Law. How can Competency Assessment be given to people who have been working for almost 6 years as contract workers, they Passed interviews and they where given one year contract and you extended it for six months, than 3 months, For you to absorb them you are given them Competency Assessment test and the Test is not even in their field of abilities. This contract workers has been trained by the managers and supervisors over this years before Ms Astrid Ludin came when she came she extended their contract for one year, than 6 month and 3 months. The evil of all this is that most of all the contract workers are occupying Vacates positions and they where trained for it. Not even the commissioner and the organised labour will pass the test given to the contract workers, because they want to bring their friends, family members to occupy this positions. This is South Africa. Evil, working almost six years as contract worker in South Africa. What does the Labour Law say?
