The Contest is open to all legal residents of: -Canada (excluding Quebec); -India; -Malaysia; -The Member States of the European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (excluding Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Réunion, Mayotte, French Polynesia, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Wallis and Futuna, St. Martin, St. Barthélemy, and New Caledonia), Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and the United Kingdom (excluding British Overseas Territories); -Sweden; -Switzerland; -The United States of America (excluding Florida, New York, Rhode Island, and the US Territories of Guam, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands) who are members of Sapphire Select Club community and who have reached the age of majority in their Country, State or Province of residence. The Contest starts at 10:00 AM EDT Monday, April 7, 2014 and runs until 11:59PM EDT on Tuesday, April 22, 2014
