The Copper Harbor Trails Club announces the Capture the Keweenaw video winners: After much deliberation, we are excited to announce the top videos for the Capture the Keweenaw contest. It was a difficult decision and we had to go to a second round of judges who after reviewing facebook comments and revisiting the videos chose the ultimate winner. From one of our judges: the top two videos were absolutely amazing and will be great promotional material as they really showcase the awesome-ness of our trails. A few things seemed to tip the vote including iconic shots of the town, multiple riders and a mix of shots. Congratulations to Dan England on his first place ($1,000) video: Overflow Trail and Matthew Slager with Copper Harbor for the 4th a very close second ($500). Third is Copper Harbor Shreddit ($50); fourth is A Weekend in the Harbor ($50) and fifth is Finding Flow at Michigan Tech ($50). Thanks to the Keweenaw Convention & Visitors Bureau for sponsoring the competition in partnership with the Copper Harbor Traills Club.
