The Coverup continues..... For those unfamiliar with the parties involved, Ambulance Victoria refers to AV management acting as directed by the State Government of Victoria. The AEAV is the Ambulance Union acting in the interests of Victorias Paramedics; Today (29th September 2014) Ambulance Victoria sought an Interlocutory Injunction in the Federal Court. As an outcome the matter has been set down for full hearing on Thursday, 2nd October 2014 Ambulance Union Members are advised to comply with the following: “The Respondent [AEAV] will not, and it will advise its members NOT TO, MAKE RESPONSE TIME DATA AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC through the media without the approval of Ambulance Victoria’s Executive General Managers until 1615 hours Thursday, 2nd October 2014.” Again I ask the question. In all human history, has there ever been a government that suppressed information favourable to itself???? With a state election approaching, one can only assume the information is unflattering!!
