The DAs office sat on documents that proved Flemings innocence. Last week these hypocrites, the Bronx DAs office, came to family court trying to sanction a father who wanted to use records from his family court case as part of his defense to the criminal charges. And what is worse is that the Court was outraged at him for having done so. I dont know how these hypocrites get away with this. smfh. The real criminal are the stiffnecked fools who thing it is okay for a black man to speak 25 years jail b/c they want to advance their career, instead of prosecuting someone that may have actually committed the crime.
