If it is engaged in multiple yogic activities which all lead inward, there is no Awareness left which can be converted by the mental instrument into spontaneous thoughts. In other words, the mind has no where to go, and so it collapses, revealing the underlying thought free state. This is a self controlled mental overload. Go at your own pace. The video is a 3 minute vid of a stream at an ashram. There is much Shakti at this place. In fact it oozes with it, like a Samadhi shrine. You should be able to feel it if your mind becomes still. Light some essential oil or incense. Close eyes Engaging Olfactory Listen to sound of stream Engaging Hearing Posture or asana (must be comfortable, do not move during) Asana Grand Yogic breath (3 part breathing -full in and out, slow) Pranayama Follow your breathing or do your mantra Japa/Ajapa Open eyes and focus on any object.
