The Dayton Christian Swim team made the journey to the heights Saturday night to compete in the 1st Annual Wayne Swimvitational. Competing shorthanded for what should be the last time this season, the elite eight went stroke for stroke against 6 other teams and when the waves settled, the Dayton Christian Warriors found themselves in 3rd Place with combined overall scores! Adding to the list of accomplishments, every swimmer scored points both individually and in Relays. The team is in the home stretch of their schedule and are setting themselves up nicely for a strong finish. Their have been some changes to our schedule. Our remaining meets are as follows: Monday January 26th Quad Meet against Troy Christian, Miami East, and Brookville 6:30pm at Trotwood High School Friday January 30th Troy Christian Mini Invitational 6:30pm at the Troy YMCA Saturday February 7 Metro Buckeye Conference Meet 6:45pm @ Trotwood High School Friday February 13 Boys Sectional @ Washington Township Rec, Saturday February 14 Girls Sectional @ Mason High School Friday February 20 Boys & Girls Districts @ Miami University. The Swim Team would like to invite everyone to our league meet February 7th as we compete against our league counterparts. We will also be recognizing our 6 Seniors at this meet. Lets pack the stands with Purple and Gold to show our support and appreciation for the Seniors on our team.
