The Deputy Secretary of the National Security Council, Mykhaylo Koval, reports that the Russian-Ukrainian border is now completely under the control of Ukraines Armed Forces and the State Border Service. Ukraines airspace has not been violated since the incident on July 4, when two Russian helicopters entered Ukraines airspace illegally. Additionally, Koval says maritime border guards have the necessary capabilities to ensure border security despite the recent terrorist attack on a checkpoint on the Azov Sea, during which one border guard was killed and 8 were wounded.
