The Dream Outdoor Experiential Camp is back! For those of you wondering what an experiential camp is; it is one which makes you reflect on your life and initiate the changes that you have always wanted to make in society. The Dream Outdoor Camp takes young people from vulnerable backgrounds, on a 4 day adventure with the aim to develop self-esteem, confidence and other essential life skills through outdoor activities, workshops, art programs and a lot more. Camp volunteers are involved in the planning and execution of the camp and conducting theme-based workshops, all while being a support system for the youth taking part in the camp. The camp is a learning experience for both the youth as well as the volunteers, as there is something to take back from each. The upcoming camp will be held between 26th June and 29th June, 2014 at Manthan, Banjara Academy, Yelahanka. If you are interested in volunteering for the camp, email us at [email protected].
